What is Prowider?
Prowider is a QR menu and table-ordering platform for Indian restaurants, cafes, dhabas, tea stalls and cloud kitchens. Each table gets its own QR code — a customer scans it, the live menu opens in the phone browser with no app install, and the order goes straight to the kitchen.
How does QR code ordering work in a restaurant?
The restaurant prints one QR code per table from the Prowider admin panel. The diner scans it with a phone camera, the menu opens instantly, they add dishes to a cart and place the order. The kitchen sees the ticket live and updates the status, which the diner tracks on their own phone.
Do customers need to install an app to order?
No. The Prowider QR menu opens directly in any mobile browser. There is nothing to download, no account to create beyond a mobile number, and no app store visit.
How much does restaurant QR ordering software cost in India?
Prowider is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription with a free trial. Current plan pricing is listed on the Prowider pricing page, and there is no per-order commission on top of the plan.
Can a restaurant use its own domain name for its QR menu?
Yes. Every restaurant on Prowider gets its own subdomain automatically, and paid plans can point a fully custom domain at their storefront and hide all Prowider branding (white-label).
Does Prowider handle payments?
Prowider records UPI and cash payments against every order, supports owner approval of payments and produces daily closing and sales reports. Restaurants collect via their own UPI ID.
Can I take orders for takeaway and cloud kitchen, not just dine-in?
Yes. Alongside per-table QR codes, Prowider supports takeaway and counter QR codes, so a cloud kitchen or takeaway counter can use the same menu and kitchen flow without any tables.
What reports does Prowider give a restaurant owner?
Daily closing reports, date-wise business view, downloadable sales reports, dish-level feedback and ratings, repeat-customer signals and staff activity history.
